Mussels a la Byron

  • • 2 lb(s) Thimble Bay Blues Organic Mussels
  • • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • • 6 Tbsp dry white wine
  • • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • • ¼ cup tomato sauce


Over high heat, put your Thimble Bay Blues Organic Mussels in a large pot with garlic and white wine. Cover and steam until shells open, about two to three minutes. Add whipping cream and tomato sauce, stirring slightly. Continue cooking for one minute.

Serve mussels and juices in large flat bowls, with crusty bread for dipping.
